What is Remedial Therapy?
Remedial therapy is an intervention designed to correct a deficiency or enhance functioning.
Remedial Massage Therapy is a clinical approach aimed at treating muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense, or immobile. It involves a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of pain and uses targeted techniques to speed up recovery.
What conditions can RCMC help with?

Is dry needling painful?
Dry needling is generally well-tolerated. Most clients feel a tiny prick or a 'twitch response' in the muscle, which is a sign the treatment is working to release deep tension. RCMC always ensures a gentle and professional approach.
How long are appointments?
We offer various appointment lengths, typically ranging from 30 to 90 minutes. For a comprehensive first assessment and treatment, a 60-minute session is usually recommended to ensure we address your specific needs.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Depending on the area being treated, we may ask you to remove some clothing, but you will always be professionally draped with towels to ensure your modesty and comfort.
